A product catalogue is not just a list of products. It affects pricing, orders, sales channels, installation, documents, support, reporting and the systems behind the whole process.

We work with telecom companies on product catalogues, order flows, workflow automation, internal tools and enterprise integrations that need to support real daily operations.
Telecom environments have a lot of moving parts. Products change. Offers change. Customer requests move through different teams. Orders need data from several systems. Sales partners need access. Back office teams need visibility. Support teams need to know what happened.
If one part of the flow is not clear, the problem usually spreads. That is why we do not treat telecom projects as isolated apps. The platform, the process and the systems around it need to work together.

Product catalogue platforms
Systems that help manage telecom products, services, pricing models, packages, rules and the workflows around them.
Order and process automation
BPM and workflow automation for order handling, broadband installation, approvals, task routing and internal operational flows.
Enterprise integrations
Connections between internal systems, APIs, CRM, SAP, operational tools, documents and third party platforms.
Customer digital experiences
Mobile and web platforms for onboarding, self service, customer requests and digital interactions.
Internal tools and operational platforms
Dashboards, order entry tools, reporting, workflow tools and support systems for internal teams and external sales partners.

We usually work close to product teams, enterprise architects, operations teams, BPM specialists, backend teams and business stakeholders.
That matters because telecom projects rarely fail in only one place.
Sometimes the problem is the product catalogue. Sometimes it is the order flow. Sometimes the API works, but the process around it does not. Sometimes the customer experience looks simple, but the internal operation behind it is very complex.
The work needs to sit close to the teams that understand those details.
In telecom, stability matters because the systems support daily work.
The platform needs to change over time, but it also needs to keep running while products, processes, teams and customer needs evolve.
So we pay attention to integration quality, process visibility, operational tooling, access control, reporting and how the system can be maintained over a long period.

We have worked with Telekom Slovenije on complex telecom process automation and product catalogue related systems.
The work included BPM based process optimisation and an Order Entry system for internal users and external sales partners.
The improved process connected more than 20 backend systems, including SAP, CRM and APIs, and helped reduce average order completion time by around 80 percent.
Our telecom partnership experience spans more than 20 years, which gave our teams a deep understanding of enterprise delivery, operational stability and long term platform evolution.

Since 2004, we have helped Telekom Slovenije evolve systems for order capture and commercial order processing.
The platform connects product rules, order flows, sales channels, credit checks, equipment, delivery, field work, technical upgrades and APIs for new digital products.
By bringing these parts into one process, the platform gave teams better visibility and made it easier to adapt order handling as products, rules and customer needs changed.
Long-term technology partnership
Faster order completion
